Pathway360 was founded in January 2008 to bring great HR and Development options to companies without in-house HR and for those who want to support their current HR function and leaders with additional pinpoint expertise. We’ve taken our experience working in and with small, mid and Fortune 500 companies to provide a practical and unique twist on HR. We deliver in the roles of HR Leader, Project Manager, Facilitator, Trainer, and Coach/Advisor. This is not your Dilbert HR! (but we do love cats)

Her former boss nicknamed her “laser” because she is laser focused on accomplishing goals. No matter the complexity, lack of definition, scarcity of resources or limitations of budget…..“Give it to Laser - She will get it done.”
Beth brings a comprehensive and creative perspective to helping companies by drawing on her advanced knowledge of human dynamics gained through graduate education as well as a career as an internal and external consultant, project manager and HR leader.
With 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Leadership, Team and Organizational Development, she is particularly sought out by clients for her keen sense of how to design solutions to fit the organizational culture. The hallmarks of her work are program design, project management and group facilitation. She is a partner and confidant to leaders and HR teams and a coach to employees in pursuit of their career goals.
As a consultant Beth has engaged in projects such as HR readiness for M&A activity, executive team development, recruiting, change readiness and communication, process redesign, organization restructure, HR system implementation, custom training design and leadership development coaching. She has also had the unique opportunity to serve as interim HR lead for 6-18 month stints with six small and mid-size companies.
Beth began her career as a consultant for 12 years with Accenture/Arthur Andersen in Chicago leading a “swat team” of consultants helping clients increase employee engagement and leadership and team effectiveness. She also led the creation of a global leadership competency model and spearheaded the Firm’s global “Principle-Centered Leadership” Initiative. During her tenure she worked on projects in 10 countries.
Beth also held an internal HR director role with EarthLink for six years where she was responsible for talent and organizational development, talent acquisition, and HR leadership for a merger & acquisition. She created a “great manager” program and implemented a succession planning process. She was also on the launch team for Helio, a joint venture mobile device company with South Korean company SKTelecom.

Beth loves spending her free time playing trombone and drums in a community jazz band. She is based in Atlanta.
